Odgers Berndtson Appoints Ami Bhatt Hardy as Partner in Greater China's Consumer & Retail Practice

Ami brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, particularly in the Consumer & Retail practice across Greater China. She will strongly focus on executive search in the FMCG, consumer, retail, luxury, leisure and consumer and apparel sourcing and supply chain areas. Her extensive background in executive search within the Asia Pacific region, particularly in Hong Kong and China, enhances our overall capabilities in Greater China.

She has previously worked with leading international executive search firms and boutique establishments and has fostered relationships across diverse industry sectors. Her commitment to excellence is evident through her focus on general management, functional head roles, and other leadership positions. Ami has been instrumental in supporting multinational companies and emerging ventures seeking to establish or expand their footprint in Asia.

Ami holds a Master's in Human Resources Management from Birkbeck College, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia, UK. Moreover, her dedication to education and mentorship, notably in Hong Kong over the past decade, underscores her holistic approach to professional development.
