On November 16th, Odgers Berndtson partnered with the Toronto Region Board of Trade to host a sold out luncheon event focused on “Transforming Canadian Manufacturing: Leadership with a View to the Future.” Guest panelists included: Rob Wildeboer, Executive Chairman at Martinrea International, Anthony Caputo, CEO ATS Automation and Ron Cauchi, CEO of North Star Windows & Doors. The event was moderated by Rob Quinn, the head of Odgers Berndtson’s Industrial Practice in Canada.

The panel shared their experiences on how they had transformed their organizations into competitive global companies and their visions for the future of leadership in Canada's manufacturing sector which currently contributes more than $170 billion to the GDP.

A fantastic overview of the event, Manufacturing gets industrious about growth by Rob Manne from Interbrand, goes into depth about the three key strategies that allowed these leaders to successfully take on the world stage as well as their plans for the future.
