Sonya Whyte

Sonya Whyte is a Partner with Odgers Interim as well as Professional Search - a service line by Odgers Berndtson Canada. With more than 20 years of extensive and diverse experience in sales, consulting, and talent acquisition, she specializes in recruiting interim executives and professional talent for critical roles across all industries, with a focus on the Financial Services and Technology sectors. 

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson Canada, Sonya was Director of Sales of DXC Luxoft for Americas. Before that, she held positions in business development at Capgemini and IBM and developed her HR expertise across roles in talent acquisition with leading brands such as TD Bank, RBC, EY, and Rogers Communications. 

Known for her consultative approach and success at delivering effective solutions to address a wide spectrum of business issues, Sonya takes pride in building and maintaining deep client relationships. In addition to helping her clients meet their business goals, she enjoys fitness, politics, and travelling. With an appreciation for giving back, Sonya is actively involved in various community-related initiatives.
