Guy Archambault

Guy Archambault is a Partner within Odgers Berndtson’s Executive Search Practice. His focus is on identifying talent for senior positions across a wide range of functions, mainly within the Financial and Professional Services sectors in Quebec.

Based in Odgers Berndtson’s office in Montréal, Guy advises clients on recruiting and developing leadership in alignment with corporate strategies and objectives. His approach to creating high-performance teams is highly collaborative, recognizing that every business is unique. Through Odgers Berndtson’s integrated expertise, Guy offers end-to-end leadership solutions including leadership assessment, onboarding, succession management, interim management, and Board & CEO advisory.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Guy spent five years as Partner at a boutique executive search firm, where he worked with clients in the financial and manufacturing industries. Before undertaking a career in executive search, Guy was Chief Human Resources Officer at Fiera Capital Corporation, a prominent Canadian asset management firm. He also served for more than a decade as Senior Vice-President, Human Resources and Talent Management at PSP Investments, one of Canada's largest pension investment managers. Prior to that, he held various HR roles of increasing responsibility in the financial and manufacturing sectors.

Guy is a member of the Board of Directors of Nova Home Care. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration specialized in human resources management from HEC Montréal and is a certified Human Resources professional (CRHA).
