Cara Wood

Cara is a Consultant responsible for advising on Scotland-based senior leadership roles in financial and related professional services. Previously based in London, she delivered board, executive and leadership appointments across industry, regulation and trade associations. This included a year with a boutique board advisory firm.

Cara is also a member of TheCityUK’s inaugural Next Generation Leadership Council, formed to provide fresh perspectives, ideas, and constructive challenges to the work TheCityUK does on behalf of the industry.

She originally joined Odgers Berndtson as a graduate with a first class honours degree in law from the University of Aberdeen.
