Caroline Dever

Caroline leads the Public Sector and is co-lead of the Board Practice in Australia. She has more than 15 years’ experience working with private and public sector organisations at the Board, Chief Executive and Senior Executive level. She has worked nationally and internationally on complex appointments that require bespoke problem solving. Caroline has particular interests in Equity and Leadership and the part Boards play in driving a more inclusive organisation for the benefit of employees and shareholders.

Previously, she sat on Not for Profit Boards in the Arts and Cultural sector and Sport. Prior to executive search, Caroline spent 10 years in public relations working with government, technology and listed organisations on reputation management, customer engagement and media relations strategies.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media) and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations.
