Lamis Laouar

Lamis Laouar is a Researcher at the Odgers Berndtson Middle East office based in Dubai. She is a holder of two MA degrees. She obtained her first MA in British and American Studies from Brothers Mentouri University in Algeria. After that, she won the Fulbright Scholarship to the U.S. where she pursued an MA in Women's and Gender Studies at the University of Northern Iowa.

Lamis is passionate about Refugees Rights, Human Rights and Social Justice. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Lamis Co-founded a school of English in a small city in her home country in an effort to provide underprivileged people with quality education.
