Maaike focuses on board level and senior management roles in Healthcare. She is driven to connect clients and candidates who are looking for ways to improve and innovate the healthcare sector.

Maaike has worked in the hospitality sector, and held various positions in the pharmaceutical and recruitment industry. In 2011 she joined Odgers Berndtson as a Senior Research Consultant for six years. Maaike then joined the Facilicom Group where she was responsible for senior recruitment management and leadership development before returning to Odgers Berndtson as a consultant. 

Maaike has studied Hotel Management and has an undergraduate degree in Business & People Management. She is married and has two sons.
