Alex Thomson

Alex Thomson is a Partner and Head of the U.S. Asset Management and RE Practices. He has over 20 years of experience conducting searches for clients in asset management, E&Fs, plan sponsors, RE and wealth management.  With Odgers Berndtson since 2011, he spent 12 years at Russell Reynolds Associates most recently as a Partner. Earlier, served as a Practice Head of the WAM Group at Whitehead Mann/Pendleton James. Before executive search, Alex was in the Real Estate Investment Banking Division at a BofA predecessor. Earlier, was a Project Manager at a real estate development firm.  Alex began his career in financial services marketing. Alex graduated from Wesleyan University, where he is an Alumni Volunteer. He sits on the Board of Trustees of South Kent School and the US Board of Odgers.
