Natalya Holubnycha

Natalya is a leader of HR Consulting practice at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine and specializes on Organizational Development, as well as Assessment and Development of leadership and teams. 

Prior to Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, for more than 15 years Natalya led HR function in multinational and local companies, she worked as HR Director at leading agro and industrial holdings, and had experience working as a Vice President of HR at one of the largest banks in Ukraine. Moreover, Natalya has implemented a number of HR projects in Retail as an invited expert outside Ukraine. 

Natalya has certification on personnel assessment Thomas International’s (Personal Profile Analysis) and IFC Erickson University Professional Coach Certificate (Canada). Moreover, Natalya is a certified Practitioner in Systemic Executive Coaching based on Jan Ardui’s model.
