Maaza Zulfiqar

Based in the Gurgaon office, Maaza is an Consultant with Odgers Berndtson India office and joined the team January 2021.

Prior to Odgers Berndtson, she worked with a leading international search firm for two and a half years. In this profile she looked at the social, professional services and consumer sectors.

Armed with an MBA degree from Amity University, Maaza began her career in internal talent acquisition in 2010 with a leading private university. She started her search career in 2015 with an Indian executive search firm focusing on mid to senior level hiring.

She comes with a deep understanding and experience of the social sector, having done diverse academic and non-academic search projects.
